April showers bring May anvils - but what do May anvils bring? - News

- A new trailer for Order of the Phoenix was released April 24th on Yahoo!. HPANA has links to the trailer, here. Another trailer will be debuting May 4th during Spider-Man 3's release.

- The official website for Order of the Phoenix, called Dumbledore's Army, opened April 26th. To join the DA, go here.

- IMAX announced on April 19th that they're transforming the last 20 minutes of OotP into 3-D. They also released a new poster for the 3-D version of the movie, available for viewing here.

- Michael Goldenberg, screenwriter of Order of the Phoenix, recently gave an interview about working on the OotP movie. To view excerpts of the interview, go here.

- As a part of Scholastic's campaign for Deathly Hallows, they are releasing questions every two weeks for fans to answer. A new question will be on the website May 1st; and as of this issue's release, we don't know what it is. You can go here to vote. The first question was, "Who will live, Who will die?".

- The dates for Scholastic's Knight Bus Tour have been announced. To view a list of dates and locations, go here. The tour will start June 1st in New York City, and end July 21st at 12:01am at Scholastic headquarters.

- Equus is confirmed for Broadway in 2008. The West End production will end June 9th. Daniel Radcliffe is not confirmed for Broadway; but it is rumored that he is interested in a May or June 2008 run.

- A new Harry Potter convention is being set up in Chicago for August 7-11th, 2008, called Terminus. They have just set up their website, and you can find further details about it, here.
